NATURAL FIBERS

Choosing the right coat begins with understanding the fibers, such as Baby Alpaca, Suri Alpaca, and Pima Cotton, sourced locally and selected for their quality.

Shaped by the Andean highlands and generations of local communities, alpacas produce a naturally soft, breathable, and resilient fiber, defined by their unique environment.

As gentle grazers, they do not uproot vegetation, protecting the ecosystem. Their fiber is naturally hypoallergenic and thermally adaptive, yielded with respect for its origin.

There are two distinct species of Alpaca, Huacaya and Suri. The Huacaya represents the majority of the population, known for its softness.

The Suri Alpaca represents approximately 10% of the global alpaca population, setting it apart. Known for its natural luster and elegant drape.

"Baby" refers to the finest quality grade of the fiber, measured in microns, not the age of the animal. Renowned for its soft, light, voluminous, fluffy and hypoallergenic fiber.

If the finest selection comes from the Huacaya breed, it's Baby Alpaca. If it comes from the Suri breed, it's Baby Suri Alpaca. An even finer quality is Baby Royal Suri Alpaca.

BABY ALPACA

We have developed a new variation of the Baby Alpaca weave, focused on improving the composition and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. In addition, we have shortened the fiber pile to achieve a cleaner surface that resists looking messy with wear. This makes each piece an ideal option for those who travel constantly and want to maintain an impeccable look.

Thermal Insulation

Maintains optimal body temperature without bulk.

Hypoallergenic

Low in Lanolin, reducing irritation for sensitive skin.

Natural Durability

Highly resistant to everyday wear.

Exceptional Lightness

Lightweight warmth and comfort.

SURI ALPACA

Is one of the rarest and most exclusive types of alpaca fiber, known for its natural luster, silky texture, and elegant drape. It represents only a small fraction of the global alpaca population, making it a highly limited and premium material for alpaca outerwear. Due to its rarity and luminous appearance, Suri Alpaca is reserved for exclusive pieces.

ZIBELINE SURI ALPACA

Selected pieces feature the Zibeline finish on Suri alpaca fiber, a specialized textile treatment that creates a more radiant, textured effect with exceptional lightness and depth.

PIMA COTTON

Known for its extra-long fibers, it is valued for its softness, durability, and a smooth finish that endures over time. Naturally breathable and comfortable, it is carefully crafted into our essentials.
