Shipping policy
At Tom Gutie, we ensure your pieces reach you with the same care with which they were crafted.
In-Stock Collections: Orders for available pieces are processed and dispatched according to your location:
- Lima: Delivery within 2 business days.
- Provinces (Peru): Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
- International: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Bespoke and Made to Order Pieces: For personalized or specially requested pieces, please allow 10 to 15 business days for production. Please note that this timeframe may vary for unique pieces or limited edition pieces. Once your piece is completed, the delivery times remain as stated above. You will receive a personal notification as soon as your piece is ready for transit.

Shipping: Shipping costs are included for US destinations. For selected European countries, shipping may also be included depending on the destination. If your order is outside these regions, please contact us for a shipping quotation. For international destinations, shipping rates vary depending on the customer’s location and will be provided upon request.
If you find that your parcel has any signs of damage upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos and videos for review.
Taxes and Customs Duties: All applicable taxes and customs duties are included in the purchase price for the United States and selected European countries. For all other destinations, duties may apply depending on local regulations.
