CAN I REQUEST A COAT IN ANOTHER COLOR?

Yes. Beyond our seasonal collections, Tom Gutie offers a curated palette of tones in our finest alpaca fibers.
Should you desire a specific piece in a color not currently featured in our online selection, we invite you to consult us. Our specialists will guide you to select the shade that best reflects your personal style.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

At Tom Gutie, we ensure your pieces reach you with the same care with which they were crafted.

In-Stock Collections: Orders for available pieces are processed and dispatched according to your location:


  • Lima: Delivery within 2 business days.
  • Provinces (Peru): Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
  • International: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

Bespoke Services: For personalized or specially requested pieces, please allow 10 to 15 business days for production. Please note that this timeframe may vary for unique pieces or limited edition pieces. Once your piece is completed, the delivery times remain as stated above. You will receive a personal notification as soon as your piece is ready for transit.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

At Tom Gutie, we are committed to ensuring your piece reflects our standards of excellence. Should your selection not meet your expectations, you may initiate a request.

Please note that, due to their unique nature, Bespoke and Made to Order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Window: You may initiate a request within 5 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns can no longer be processed.



Conditions
Requests are accepted exclusively in the event that the selected size does not meet your requirements or if the item received is defective. In such cases, each request will be carefully reviewed by our team. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, and in perfect state, with all original tags and packaging intact. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy.

How to Initiate a Request
Please contact our customer service team at info@tomgutie.com. Kindly include photographs and videos of the piece to assist our specialists in their evaluation.



HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order by submitting a request via email to info@tomgutie.com with the subject “Order Cancellation.”
Requests are accepted up to 24 hours after the purchase date. After this period, we are no longer able to accommodate cancellations as your order will have entered the preparation or production phase.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you wish to modify your shipping address, please contact our team at info@tomgutie.com. The possibility of a change depends on the nature of your order:



Bespoke Pieces: For pieces crafted to order, address modifications are only valid until you are notified that your garment is ready. Once the piece is completed and prepared for transit, we are unable to redirect the shipment.



In-Stock Collections: For available pieces, any change of address is subject to evaluation depending on the processing stage. If the order has already been dispatched, no further modifications can be made.
